Diversity Role Models (Link - Diversity Role Models) is a UK charity working to end LGBTQ+ bullying by embedding inclusion and empathy through storytelling and education. It brings role models into schools to challenge stereotypes and foster understanding.

Staff Training

• CPD-accredited LGBTQ+ inclusion training.

• Tackles unconscious bias and language use.

• Supports whole-school inclusive approaches.

• Custom sessions for different staff roles.

Student Workshops

• Led by trained LGBTQ+ role models.

• Uses personal stories to build empathy.

• Covers stereotypes, bullying, and allyship.

• Adapted for ages 8 to 18 (KS2–KS5).
